The adapter chamber for So Clean does not have a gasket. It should be sold with a gasket because you have to have one for the ResMed to work. Otherwise, you have to use an old one that is six months old with possible bacteria over that time frame.

The supplied cpap nose pillows and headgear is much more comfortable than my old nose cpap gear.

The unit I ordered was to replace an older unit that stopped working .I was familiar with the unit and knew what I needed. I did not include an adaptor on the order, since I already had what I needed The person processing the order did not know this, and took the time to call to see if I needed an adaptor. A very considerate way to be helpful.
