The website automatically added my medicine to subscription and provided no way for me to cancel the subscription. Even after updating the frequency to 9 months temproraily. The record also shows the next order would be shipped in 3 months. Awful~

CPAP.com does not automatically add any supplies for subscription, as this is something that our customers must specifically ask for, or set up on their own. We made an attempt to locate your account in our system, but the name listed on this review does not appear to be in our system. Also, you are able to cancel your subscription by logging into your CPAP.com account, under the heading your orders, click subscriptions, select the subscription you would like and then select cancel. If additional assistance is needed please give us a call at: 1-800-356-5221 so that we may cancel the subscription for you. Happy holidays to you and your family!
Very understanding and responsive Agent. Helped me with an issue I was having with getting a prescription. I am in need of a new machine and my order was waiting for a non-responsive, former, provider. The CPAP.com Agent sent a Statement of Need to my new PCP and now my order can be filled.

When I called to change the delivery address for a shipment, Brandi in Customer Service at CPAP.com immediately took ownership of the issue. She directed me to FedEx Customer Service and the problem was quickly and painlessly resolved.

People. Two phone calls (spread over a few days, the last of which was today December 1 2022) which were able to assist me easily with my queries. No slick marketing hype just straightforward information as response to my queries. I bought the product and submitted the prescription from my Dr. Now the product has shipped. Smooth. Helpful people.
