To date, I have had prompt responses and follow-up to my order. It has not yet been completed but I am satisfied so far that CPAP.com is doing their best to make it happen. I was especially impressed with the customer service provided by Kyria, who took the time to call my doctor’s office and make sure the prescription request was faxed to the right number. She was very thorough and pleasant as well.

I made a mistake in my order with CPAP.com and called to get the right part. I spoke with Kirshawna B during this call. I originally selected not to take the time to give a review, but after my experience with Kirshawna I just had to. It's rare to get someone on the phone nowadays who is so pleasant to talk with and efficient at what they do the way that she was. This was my first dealings with CPAP.com, and in great part to my experience with Kirshawna, it is now my store to go to for all my CPAP needs. I hope everyone I have the opportunity to deal with in the future at CPAP.com provides such 5 star service. Thank You Kishawna!!!
