I needed help in returning an item and purchasing a different one, a fabric nasal mask, needed a smaller size. Dasha S. the agent really helped me, answered all my questions even before I could ask them and did the return and reorder and it all went so easy and smooth. Over the last few years using CPAP.com has been easy, smooth, with friendly service. Plus they have a great line of CPAP equipment, machines, masks, whatever you need, and if you aren't sure what you need, the staff will graciously help you, can't ask for much more! I have been a big fan of CPAP.com since the beginning over 10 years ago and have never been disappointed. Without fail, the products were easy to find and buy on the website, reminders for reorder were timely and unobtrusive, prices were good especially during frequent sales, and deliveries were always as promised. On the rare occasion that I contacted customer support, they were extremely knowledgable and friendly. Every business should work as well as CPAP.com!!!

I can’t say enough about their knowledge and customer service. I chose to start my search with my insurance provider’s list of in network companies. After spending an hour being shuffled around to various companies who were on the list, but did not actually sell machines, I finally found two that did. Each company representative did not know anything about the machines or the accessories. I gave up and went back to CPAP.COM. Heath was helpful and knowledgeable. We went through all of my questions and placed the complete order in under 15 minutes. Even better was that they were cheaper than my in network providers
