We had the luck of working with one person, Kyria. She went beyond what is expected and made sure our needs were met. She never lost her professionalism and always offered to do one more thing. She made our experience good, considering we had issues with the clinic providing the prescription to cpap, she made sure the equipment was sent out same day. Great employee!

Dasha was very helpful. I was trying to find if my doctors office had send my prescription. She did find they hadn’t and she contacting them to get this thru. Very nice service. This is what makes buying products from Capp.com a pleasure.

I needed to find a combination of CPAP and power supply that would work for me. I could use my current CPAP or buy one especially for travel. I require a heated hose, heated water and the CPAP. Knowing exactly how much energy was required for this and how many batteries I needed was just not possible. So Gloria (my rep) made sure I knew what could be returned and what couldn't. AND I'm hard of hearing, so she had to repeat a lot of the information twice or more. Gloria was so patient and understanding, and so knowledgeable about the different options that we got through this together and I was able to make a decision that fit for me. I bought only one battery and will buy another if it works as expected.
