Both people were very helpful and they helped me select the proper equipment and helped me submit my prescription. They offered me a great price and free shipping on top of that! I plan on doing all of my CPAP shopping at CPAP.com.

I spoke with Casondra today and ordered two masks. This was my first contact with this company and I was really impressed with her courtesy and competence. She was very knowledgeable about CPAP supplies and about the trouble I am having with skin irritation from the masks I have been using. She also repeated my shipping address to confirm that she had recorded it correctly. I usually have to request that it be repeated back to me to insure accuracy. I don't look forward to ordering CPAP supplies and she made the whole process very pleasant and reassuring.
