I ordered Bravecto. They shipped it in a plastic mailer. The medication was crushed. Prescription medication damaged. They agreed to reship the medication provided I return the first shipment. Second order was in worse shape than the first. They told me there was nothing they would do to correct the second shipment. I have ordered in the past from Chewy - never had this problem with Chewy. Only ordered here because it was through my vet's office. I'm not supporting my vet's office anymore. Will be going back to Chewy!

This is a first class company with awesome employees like Terry, who I just talked to on the phone for taking care of my little Chihuahua with Cushing’s disease if I had employees like Terry, I would still be in business. She is so professional so caring so kind so knowledgeable. This company is the best of the best and so is Terry second to none.

I bought lean treats as you said that they were soft and good for cats that has bad teeth. I bought a three pack and my 12 year old cat who has bad teeth could not eat them. They are not soft. I am so disappointed. I am trying to find a soft treat for her and this is definitely not it. Thank you

Expensive, long lag time in receiving meds, terrible customer service… In short, it is the absolute worst online vendor I have ever used.

Covetrus has lost my business for any future prescriptions. I have my senior German Shepherds Zenrelia and Simparica Trio on autoship every month. I was hesitant in doing autoship for this very specific reason. His Zenrelia never showed up . On the USPS website it shows the package sitting at the same location since June 9th . After multiple attempts to get a response from Covetrus via email , online chat , and over the phone , I was not getting any response back . Meanwhile my Veterinary practice of 20 plus years wasn’t helping me , telling me to contact Covetrus and it’s out of their hands . I then took it upon myself to call USPS and was told they were not sure where my package was. About a week later after back and forth with USPS, their headquarters contacted me confirming via email that my package with my pets prescription has been lost or stolen . I then contacted Covetrus . After being on hold for over 45 minutes in que being caller number 19, my call was answered. The lady told me to forward the USPS email to their claims department where it would take 3-5 business days for a review/ investigation. I told the agent I just wanted my dogs allergy meds. He is having severe symptoms biting and scratching himself raw and now he has infected sores and hotspots . I begged for a new prescription to be expedited out . She said they could not do that until claims figured out a verdict . I also called my vet out of desperation and asked for a refill that I would purchase and go figure they don’t carry Zenrelia in office . After going back and forth with 2 businesses I thought I could trust with my dog and his wellbeing, I called my bank and filed a claim to get my money back. It wasn’t until I filed the bank claim, Covetrus started communicating with me only to tell me they have decided to stop all future auto-ships on my account due to the issue . I am beyond livid . I am disgusted with the lack of sympathy toward my dog, the lack of compassion, the lack of respect, and lack of communication. To add to my frustration, my vet recommended sending a new prescription request off to chewy.com . I was told chewy doesn’t do over the phone refill requests and it had to be a mail in prescription. So I had to drive over an hour to get to my vet practice to pick up a hand written prescription and mail it out . Now waiting for chewy to receive the prescription request and once it arrives via fedex they will mail the prescription out to me, which can now add on an additional week of my dog being out of his medication. My dog now is needing a new vet appointment because of the excessive and aggressive scratching and biting not to mention the suffering he’s endured. He has open infected sores and wounds on his neck, sides ,legs,and paws . I will not ever be using Covetrus again and in search for a local reputable vet practice who does not work with Covetrus .

I had an AutoShip for a special diet food for my 12 1/2 year-old schnauzer. He was euthanized two days ago. I have a month supply here at the house and their policy will not allow for returns. I think this is a cold and compassionate policy. I’m not simply changing my mind. He has no longer here to eat the food beware of purchasing too much of their product. You may be stuck with it at the one of the worst times of your life.

Order# 1200054250109. Very disappointed with Covetrus Pharmacy. I had medications for my dogs on autoship. On the scheduled processing date, my card was declined and I immediately received an email/text notification to update payment. I updated my payment method as instructed, only to later be charged twice for what should have been a single order. Customer service claimed I manually placed a second order, which I did not intentionally do, and refused to refund the duplicate charge. An autoship payment issue should not result in customers being double charged and left without resolution. Extremely frustrating experience, especially when it involves essential pet medication. Do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Called the Customer Service and said I can get the same 12 month supply from your competitor at $80 dollars cheaper , can you match or anything. His response ," Nope, sounds like you got a better deal good luck "
