Don’t let the fancy website fool you. People are getting scammed here. No responses on emails, no shipment information, no tracking information (the link leads to the homepage) I still haven’t received my shipment confirmation, tracking info or product. No response from “support”. Buyers be ware!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! After almost 10 weeks of not even receiving an email that my order has shipped i tried contacting customer service twice. I received the automated email stating a representative would contact me, which never happened. This is a SCAM!!!

I bought 10, and 2 didn't work. After emailing Customer Support and receiving an automated response, I never was able to get in touch with a real person. No one has contacted me even after several emails. It's a cool product, but lacks in quality and support.

-10 stars ! Glad i paid with Paypal and managed to get my money back from these scammers. Didn't send my order, never responded to emails etc but looks like everybody in the same boat. One thing i won't be doing is buying from hexlightsco.com where you are diverted to
