I got the frames I ordered sooner than promised. Came with a cleaning kit and a cool case too.

Very happy with my purchase, excellent price took a bit over a week in shipping to Australia but worth the wait as the price was so good!

After going through their site and having instructions on what to order from their associates found out the pair of glasses was not made correctly and instead of them correcting the order they gave an attitude and advise if you don't want them send them back and we will still charge you a restocking fee was their final answer.

Worked w a customer service rep and walked me through an unfamiliar process and long story short I got the wrong frames. No big deal right, i paid the shipping to send them back and cool frames charged me 10 dollar restocking fee. Tried to discuss with a manager but got the runaround. I paid the 10 bucks got the right frames and the customer service was so poor I stopped pursuing. Terrible online shopping experience and worse customer servicw. Boo
