We needed glasses for my son who had a very high prescription and needed special order lenses. He lost his only other pair so we were in a bind. The customer service rep that I spoke to, took personal involvement in my situation and made sure that we got the glasses earlier than estimated by a day. I was very happy with the results and would recommend CoolFrames to anyone.
