Good seller - fast delivery, good price.

Best frames ever - thank goodness, as I was buying them without trying on first. Delivery was a little slow but otherwise I had no issues.

Order arrived as described but took two weeks to fulfill.

I was happy to find these "no longer in production frames" that were not available through my eye doctor, were found by Cool Frames. A brief search, contact and a prompt return call, Cool Frames located these frames for me. I already had 2 pairs but the rt. temple broke and I ordered 2 new frames at 1/2 the price that I paid years ago.

The frames I received were defective in that one of the screws could not be removed by the optician. I returned them for a refund and was charged a 20%restocking fee. The fee would be reasonable if I had just changed my mind, but since the frames were defective it seems unfair to charge a restocking fee.

Ordered frames with expedited shipping only to find out that Coolframes had to get them from the manufacturer first. Which of course makes me wonder why I paid expedited shipping. It took approximately a week for cool frames to get them, and about 1 week and 2-3 days for me to receive them. I was disappointed in that process, as it was not made clear when I ordered them. The frames themselves were as expected.
