To be honest... my son broke his glasses at the daycare, rapidly I ordered on this website, at first I was scared of the website because I thought it wasn't legit, but I can tell you I got the glasses, originals, with fast delivery. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much!!!! Siendo honesto... Ordene unos lentes por que mi hijo lo rompio en la guarderia, despues que lo ordene pense si el website era legitimo, me asuste un poco, tengo para decirles que recibi los lentes a tiempo, originales, asi que basado a mi experiencia pueden comprar sin miedo. muchas gracias!!!!

I live in Ontario Canada and recently placed an order. The sun glasses arrived quickly. This is my second pair I have ordered from Cool Frames with no issues.

Just had new lenses made for my sunglasses.They were so bad, they are unusable. Cost me over $200. Will contact them tomorrow but have little hope in them doing a good job.

I ordered Betsey Johnson glasses that are amazing. I messed up my order, it was fixed asap. Great customer service. And I did not notice till later but they accept insurance!!!!!!!!

I love ordering glasses from cool frames! Customer service is the best and they kept me in the loop every step of the way through emails! The frames I ordered were on back order and customer service reached out to me right away and gave me the option of ordering a different frame or waiting. This is my second pair I’ve ordered and both are terrific!
