I was nervous to order prescription lenses and frames online for the first time. I am very happy with my purchase- the frames fit well and help me to see clearly, thank you!

Coolframes has SO many offerings from the top designers. Their ordering process makes it super easy and timely.

The glasses delivered were not the glasses described or shown. Communication after order I had to initiate and production was slow. I had an order from another company placed at the same time and they delivered 10 days sooner. Whether I keep these glasses or not I will not buy from CoolFrames again.

The frames did not fit my lenses. I finally needed to call to discuss a return and was told there is a 20% restocking fee which I did not see on their website. This is my last order from Cool Frames

We've gotten eyeglasses for my husband several times now from Cool Frames. They are easy to order, affordable and they carry the frames he favors. It took longer than usual this time to receive his glasses, but it was the holiday season, so not unusual for things to be a bit slow.

Its a very easy process, pick the lenses and then upload the prescription. Its that easy.... I have ordered 3 pairs of glasses, time has varied depending on availability. I did have to wait 30+ days for my latest purchase. Overall, great to deal with.

I needed a replacement for my frames that broke. Going to a Dr office was going to cost time as well as money. I searched for my frames online to find an exact duplicate to avoid all the hassle. With only partial information I found my frames at CoolFrames! Easily ordered and the frames arrived in a relatively short time. Great!
