Everything was good about ordering. I uploaded a prescription. I didn't know it would cost more that ok still a good price. They came in about 2 weeks . I ask for the Polish I don't think that was done. That's why I took off one star.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered frames only (no lenses) and paid extra for next day shipping….it took 11 days for the frames to arrive. This was the 16th pair of glasses I have ordered for my 8 year old- the first and last time I will EVER buy from cool frames. I reached out to customer service on 2 occasions (one phone call and one email) phone rep was extremely rude and abrasive and email rep sent me a one line response with no resolve for my issue. Buyer beware.

A a good company to do business with. Quick responses to my questions. Willingness to find a solution for my needs. Prompt service! Very pleasant experience. Would use them again!
