Excellent venue, excellent staff, excellent food! Everything you need for a great event!

I absolutely love working with Convene and would recommend to any event manager in a similar space as me. The value that Convene provides in regards to budget and time is HUGE. Everyone working in corporate events should check them out.

An all around wonderful experience. The people who work there are all very attentive, professional and knowledgeable. The space is inviting and interesting. The meeting room had all we needed. IT was great as well.

Major failure to carry out two significant aspects of our event. Food service failed to provide (or was not told to) provide a second buffet. AV failed to provide adequate (and paid for $1600) service Also, seating was squeezed, despite being told in advance that we would have an audience of significantly older adults with cancer. Food was great and the Convene staff were lovely.

Convene is great. The only issue was space in the room, it was a tight for 15 ppl with not much elbow room. This was due to folks having luggage, which was unforeseen. for Future, would be great if there was a luggage area or concierge to accept the luggage for onsite attendees. Also noticed (by one of the attendees), there was a larger room next door that could've been used to store luggage or shifting our meeting there- as long as the larger space was not booked. My contract was filled with errors and then the individual who was handling my contract went MIA. She did not indicate on her voicemail that she was out of office, so I never received a revised contract. When it was just a few days before my event, I panicked and tried calling around the company to get my contract revised and signed. The company was responsive and turned my contract around quickly. The facility was beautiful and the service was great onsite.

I have been using Convene for the last two years, and we always have the best experience.

Convene is an amazing space and the staff is accommodating. We always feel at home at Convene!
