They showed me and partner a flat which was available to rent do we went to office after and said we want it gave them information they wanted and said will get back in touch after a week so waited heard nothing so rang them back they said landlord is abroad but also lives abroad so don't know when he will get in touch this is ridiculous never go with this agency again won't ever trust them don't have a landlord in UK but has flats here stupidity

Square Foot wooden flooring - Not Reliable - No Quality Standards - No Quality check points (No SOP - Standard Operating Process) followed by the company. No time schedule for completion of project maintained. Accessories of inferior quality delivered atleast three times despite numerous requests and subsequently company's assurance. Still don't know by when it will be completed. M # 9717892458

Searching for new office space in NYC is daunting - there is a ton of unknowns out there and squarefoot really helped with making it less of a burden on an already full schedule. Received call back for details and then a further discovery call on what our specific needs were - after being connected with Rob, the whole process was seamless, was taken to see only spaces that fit our needs and specifications on location and amenities - and finally found our new home, as a novice, it sure made the process manageable and would recommend Squarefoot to anyone looking for a reputable commercial real estate service.

David really educated us on how the commercial office space rental market works and was not only very patient when we had to adjust course...but was our advocate and an amazing voice of reason in what could have been a confusing process. On top of that - he was fun to work with and we all enjoyed working with him and Square Foot! Many thanks!

Professional, trusted advisor. Being a bit new to the process of finding an office, it was great to have an experienced voice of reason to help guide us to our new space. Thanks!

I had a great experience with Pivotdesk. We found a fantastic space that fit all of our needs in a matter of days. We are now in that space and look forward to staying for as long as possible! I could not recommend the service more!
