We filed a claim and sent a bunch of pictures even sent them to the owner they sent us a PATCH. Is that their warranty??? Because that is all we received from that company like I said will not recommend them

The unit purchased was a Wind and Water Tight (WWT) container, which is a functional grade intended to provide secure, weather-resistant storage, while cosmetic wear and signs of prior use can still be expected on a used unit. Our reps do their part to explain the different container grades in detail and what customers should expect from each option before purchase. When appearance is especially important, we typically recommend New/1-Trip containers because they offer the best cosmetic condition. We do honor our warranty, and our records show that your concern was moved into the claims process, that photos were requested and reviewed, and that a repair patch was sent as part of that warranty process. I personally think the condition of the container that was sent was poor. Had the weather not been bad and I had taken the time to inspect it It woukd have been sent back. At this point after being sent a leak repair for a leaking roof I woykd under no circumstances ever recommend to anyone to do business with you

Please level your container. During delivery inspection with you the doors worked fine and you signed the inspection for the doors. We have videos and instructions on how to level the container.
Container is water tight but had existing damage, patched holes and the doors are nearly impossible to use. I know it was sold as used but I’d think it would be better.

Sorry about your expections on the grade of contianer you purchased. Any container you buy with the exception of 1trips can have previous repairs. We offer our warranty on all of our units incase you have future issues. Our product desriptions mention previous repairs are possible and we try to be as transparant on all of your products.
