Contact Lens King will not assist with…

Contact Lens King will not assist with a return or refund when they shipped the wrong lenses. I need to ship back at my expense because they did not verify the prescription. I am surprised they can ship a prescription wrong. They quoted me a law in their email “ Your order was passively verified which means by law we have to allot your doctors office 8 business hours to respond. If they do not Federal Law states we are able to process the order as entered online. Which I do see you placed the order at 12:32am, which is business yours.” Which is funny because I entered the right prescription.

HI. I do apologize for your frustrations. Record show you placed the order at 12:32am which is after business hours. You entered your doctors information, a fax verification was sent shortly after. Once the order was placed you received an email confirmation explaining the verification process and what will happen if the doctors do not respond. As it was explained to you both in email and via phone, Federal Law requires all online companies to allot doctor's office 8 business ours to respond, if they do not respond all authorized retailers are legally allowed to process the order as entered online by the customer. This is the case for your order. We do know this can be frustrating however, we are following Federal Law and apologize for any inconveniences it may cause. We have also assisted you in the return process, please check your email for return instructions. Prompt service and promo code eligible
The particular brand lenses I need are always readily available, and there is always a promo code that can be used for a discount regardless of quantity ordered. Unlike other lens suppliers that require a minimum for a discount, Contact Lens King offers the discount even on a lesser quantity. Delivery is also prompt.

Great selection of contacts. Great prices. Made a mistake and uploaded wrong prescription. Contact Lens King contacted me and made it easy to submit correct prescription so that my order could be fulfilled. I do not buy anywhere else.

Excellent responsiveness from customer…
Excellent responsiveness from customer service rep on phone. I had to call because it was not clear online how to upload my prescription for a refill. Also, I seemed to keep getting redirected to sign in as a returning customer when I was already logged in. BUT, I like the ease of ordering through you and the prompt delivery.
