Always as disppointing experience, prices are low price phishing. Exorbent processing fees versus actual pricing. Also have to order incognito to get best prices otherwise they stick it to you for your loyalty...

The site shows amazing prices, then adds a 100% processing fee to checkout. No thank you! I'd rather spend a little more at an honest company.

As you read on our website, under the cost of the item, the processing fee is associated with the sales cost of the item and is priced per box. However, we do welcome all our customers to do their own price comparison to see for themselves that in most instances we offer the lowest bottom price. It is also important to note Contact Lens King is an authorized retailer, receiving all our lenses sealed and packaged directly from the manufacturer. Nothing went wrong with the order. The thing that is wrong is paying a processing fee that's higher than the price of a box of contacts. You all need to get it together.

Ordered multi-focal lens as prescribed by doctor. Lens arrived and were boxed correctly however lens power for close viewing was wrong. Compared to box labeled exactly the same from doctor direct. Customer service told me sometimes they get manufacturer defects and only offered half my money back. Buyer beware. In 30 years I never received a bad batch from a doctor directly.

Hi, I sincerely apologize if you received any defective contact lenses. Typically, an entire box of contact lenses is not defective. If a manufacturer suspects a full-box defect, they will generally request that the lenses be returned for testing. After reviewing your case, I can confirm that our Customer Service team followed our Defective Product Policy. They offered a refund for the contact lenses that had been opened and tried. Because the remaining lenses are still sealed and unused, we are unable to determine that they are defective and, therefore, are unable to issue a refund for those lenses at this time. Update July 3, 2026. Contact Lens King sent me a 15% off coupon for 4th of July so I go back to my cart to take advantage, but they increased the price of the product by 50%. Unbelievable. What could be more shady than listing contacts for $18 and then charging a $38 processing fee at checkout. And this company openly admits they do it just to make their listing prices lower to fool their new customers. Shame on you for wasting my time putting in my prescription, Contact Lens King! So pathetic...

As an authorized retailer, we are required to comply with manufacturer pricing policies. When you initially viewed the products, they were being offered at a Google Flash Sale price. Unfortunately, by the time your order was placed a few days later, that promotional pricing had ended, and the products had returned to their regular price. We understand how frustrating unexpected price changes can be and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Really bad orering interface. I was ordering for my 2 daughters. I had both in the cart and could not select different addresses for them, so I removed one. Then I went ahead to order for my 2nd daughter, it was showing my first daughter info with the only option to delete. The I did that and added the 2nd one then a bunch of other screens $ questions to go thru to place the second order!

HI.I apologize for the difficulties you experienced. Our system only allows one shipping address per order. If you would like items shipped to multiple addresses, separate orders will need to be placed for each destination. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
I purchased a box on daily contacts and 1/3rd of the ones I have tried on have been damaged, unwearable and painful. Customer service stated that their policy is to only refund the amount of contacts damaged so far. I find this ridiculous since I have only worn about 28 out of the 90 day supply and I guarantee I will find more damaged lenses in the box. It may be safer for me to discard the box to prevent any future eye injury. Horrible policy, customer service is unable to reason. A new box should be the answer to this not just reaching out to them as I find damaged pairs. Totally lost me as a customer.

As an authorized retailer, we are required to follow the replacement and return guidelines established by each manufacturer, including their policies regarding defective contact lenses. Because it is extremely rare for an entire box of lenses to be defective, manufacturers typically only authorize replacements or refunds for the specific lenses that have been opened and tried. We understand that this can be frustrating, particularly when you are experiencing issues with a new box of lenses.
