I got a great price on the contacts I wear and received them within days. This was my first time buying from them and I am very happy with my experience!

Caught a very good discount at this time so I figured I'd take advantage to stock up on some contact lenses. Shipping was quick as well.

They claim "next day shipping" for an extra $30, yet they will take MUCH longer to ship your order because they don't keep the lenses in stock. Don't order contacts from this place unless you want to pay $30 express shipping for your contacts to arrive in 7+ days.

Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for any frustration this situation may have caused. As noted on our website, the “Shipping Time” listed for each delivery service begins only after the order has been fully processed and dispatched from our distribution center. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment details. After reviewing your order, we found that the product you purchased is a specialty lens that must be ordered directly from the manufacturer, as indicated on the product page. These lenses typically take approximately 2–3 business days to arrive at our distribution center, depending on when the order was placed and when the prescription verification was completed. Please also note that during checkout, when expedited shipping is selected, a notification appears stating: “Orders ship once your prescription is verified and lenses are in stock. Next-day or second-day shipping deliveries are made on weekdays only.” We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
Easy to navigate. Clear information about product costs and added fees.

HI. Thank you for your order and taking the time to leave a review! We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
Great price even with a processing fee of $85, it was way cheaper than my doctor's office, 1-800 contacts and Lens.com. Delivery charge wasn't bad with ok Delivery time listed (we will see if they are true). It was way for me to find my brand and enter my prescription information and it was easy to upload a copy of my prescription for verification.
