I spoke with an employee who was extremely helpful in getting my lens prescription transferred to the website and who made the entire process quite easy. The new lenses arrived in just five days after my conversation with her.

Thank you for ordering with Contact Lens King. We are very pleased to know you had a wonderful experience with our customer service team. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in again in the future.
Absolutely fantastic experience! I was skeptical because the price was SO MUCH LOWER than other sites. Even with the high processing fee and shipping, It was still 30% lower than the next lowest competitor. Lenses arrived 3 days after ordering in great condition. I also had to e-mail customer service to ask for the tax ID form to submit for insurance, and they got back to me within 12 hours. Absolutely fantastic experience - do not hesitate buying from these folks!

Sent wrong prescription. Never verified with the eye Dr. They send out prescriptions s without Dr approval. Will not refund or exchange.
