Ease of setup

Enrollment was easy. However, I have not been contacted and the switch from my previous provider has been completed.

Agent addressed my concerns

Quick and easy, the cost is another thing. Gas, a natural resource FROM US I just think we are being way over charged for this. But that's my only complaint! Tech that came out was kind and quickly had my gas up and running and even .repaired a small gas leak I had! Great guy!

Process was immediate and rate is satisfactory.
