I’ve had Constellation in the past and had no problems at all. I decided to return as they have the best prices. The only problem I’ve had is signing up. It was frustrating as it never showed confirmation that my application was submitted. I tried finding out by texting help center but they couldn’t tell either. So I went through the whole application again.

Customer care helped me get my account fixed. Very professional and polite.

I had spent 50 years with Centerpoint and Reliant to be treated the way I was since last fall is unforgivable. My daughter has your company supplying power and I’m glad I’m connected to constellation.
