Connect POS is one of the best systems to use for retail sectors. The system is easy to use and the support is amazing. The system can be integrated easily with Shopify and other apps.

The support is very nice, fast and always helpful. We went through different struggles with the set up and always got very patience support which will keep in touch until the problem is solved.

I forgot my password and upon requesting a reset, i received an email from Dalya - ConnectPOS Cloud of customer support who followed up until my issue was resolved.

Great online chat support from Hana. She was able to connect and video chat with me straight away. Fluent English and very clear to understand. I then had another issue and went back online and again was supported by Hana. After being with ConnectPOS for 1 year I'm very impressed with the changes made to the software and the increased support.
