We had a one day ice storm that hit the day my iPad was to be delivered. But four days went by before I received it. But I still got charged for the ice-day delivery. Bad form!

Very fast and helpful response to my question about a connector. Pricing competitive. Like the free shipping. Other companies charged more for shipping than the cost of the part.
