Very convenient internet service especially for people who travel frequently. Customer support is very responsive and available 24/7. Overall, very satisfied and good value for the price.

Working with Angel is a great experience. She always makes sure we have a great connection wherever we are in the US or Canada.

I had a great experience with the customer service team. Angel, Loren and the rest of the team. They were very polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. My issue was handled efficiently, and I truly appreciate the time and effort they took to assist me.

My husband and I travel full-time and our ConnecTen Internet is with us 100% of the time and we LOVE It! We are going to be spending 4 months in a high elevation in the mountains of North Carolina. We were informed when making reservations we could not use our personal internet as it would interfere with the service they provide at their RV campground. Today through chat I was able to answer questions and Jasper was very helpful, understanding of my situation, was patient of my many questions and kept things easy for me to understand in my need to whether or not I could suspend my service for a short while, the steps needed to complete my request, and the small cost per month during suspension. I cannot tell you how much we love ConnecTen. Everyone is so helpful. It was Tyler who I first spoke with about getting ConnecTen's service and he assured me their customer service was first-class; and he was right. Thank you Jasper for helping me, answering my many questions so I clearly understood what I need to do in the future. You are FABULOUS!

It’s okay overall. Internet is decent most of the time, but it can get kinda spotty now and then. Support could be quicker too. Not bad, just nothing amazing.

My initial call to Tyler was great. He walked me thru everything and was a joy to talk to. I’ve called twice to have my connection switched and was easy to do. The last time I had them switch me to T-Mobile and it’s been working great. Thanks for all your help.
