Our service has been great with ConnecTen, both internet and customer service. This morning our internet was having trouble staying connected, call customer support, talked with Angel and let her know we were now in eastern Utah, she ran diagnostics to check our system and if we were getting the best service. Within minutes we were back to 100%. Thank you Angel and ConnecTen Team. 🙏🏼

We had our router on suspended service while we relocated. I went to the chat screen and had them reactivate the router and Jasper was on the task immediately and had me up and running in less than 10 minutes. Connecten's customer service has always been top notch.

Unlike most companies nowadays, ConnecTen Internet has excellent customer service. Angel in their support area always takes care of my requests.
