Saves me money and works great

I have a great experience with ConnecTen. Tyler explained the ConnecTen product, extremely well. Answered my question with details. Very professional. Tracy from support called me on a Sunday, ask about ordering the router, on a Sunday! Very helpful. When I got the router, support helped me set it up, they need to find the best cell phone tower to connect to. Router placed in my camper did not get the best signal strength. Need an external antenna. Bill helped me in getting the right external antenna, hookup and placement. Just need to attached it to one of my windows and got great signal strength. Get great connection to the internet now via Wifi covering my camper (fifth wheel). Do not use my camper during the winter months, so suspended service, with just a phone call, no hassle from support. There is a small monthly fee. Will reactivate full service in the spring. Very satisfied with ConnecTen

I have had ConnecTen for several months now as a traveling carpenter and it has not disappointed me. Tyler my sales rep explained and provided all the information to make a wise choice and it he has proven every word. I couldn’t be happier and am thinking of changing my home internet once my contract is up. Thanks Tyler and the entire ConnecTen team for providing such a great service.
