Not sure what is going on with all of the 1 star reviews. We have used Concur for about 10 years and are very happy with it. I suspect either the solution was sold to smaller firms that don’t have internal resources to support the app or it was sold and configured by an unqualified 3rd party. Their mobile app is stable and easy to use. The app has the ability to take a picture of your receipt, auto crop, and auto discover the transaction type and value. Saves me a ton of time. Filing a report is also very straightforward. We also use it to book our travel. I think your success here will depend upon the travel agency partner you choose. Otherwise we were very happy with the functionality offered. We integrated Concur with our Oracle ERP. The expense data are imported directly into the GL with all of the correct coding. Saves the finance team a ton of time. Their services and support team was good. Although, they were better before their acquisition by SAP. Overall, I would buy Concur again.
