I started my journey with CC the end of…
I started my journey with CC the end of January with a message from Caroline S. Asking me to reach out to her. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. She is supportive and compassionate. She also is such a great encourager. Everyone else i have contact is also the same. I started this journey to lose weight and did not expect to be supported as much as I have, it just is humbling to know there are coaches out there not just for the money. You coaches work hard for many at the same time and are still there for each of us personally on a 1 to 1 bases. TRULY AMAZING!!!

Coach was great
Working with a coach really helped me identify what I needed to change. I lost 2 pounds the first week. I found the nutritional video very helpful. I learned what works for my life. There was no high pressure sales pitch, they worked with what I could afford.

Everyone should have the experience of working with “Committed Coaches” in losing weight! I have tried many other weight loss programs, needless to say, they never taught about food, how the body utilizes, what food that is consumed, the time of day that works best, & you can follow the rest of your life! My Coach Gustavo, right from the start, provided excellent, positive advice, providing videos from other Coaches, for different techniques, to handle all kinds of situations, holidays, vacations, parties etc…, thanks to all the Coaches, they really are dedicated!

Surprises in learning. I come to this situation with a breast…
I come to this situation with a breast cancer history with related memory problems from chemotherspy and a Home Economics degree. I have been so completely surprised by the approach of all the coaches. Especially Ashley. Even with my memory issues Ashley is right there keeping me on track and accountable. I am so thrilled with this program. It's all so consistent and doable. That makes me feel I like won't be left behind. Thank you.

I'm a 72 year young gramma
I'm a 72 year young gramma. I've had 18 surgeries in 25 years. Gained weight with each one. Use to be a gymnast, fast pitch softball, swim team, competitive roller skater. This program .. not a diet, a program .. of teaching me what and when to eat has been amazing. Ive lost 7 pounds so far in my first 2.5 weeks. PETE has been my savior with all the information he passes on and positive vibes and Caleb for helping me make this possible. I have a long way to go but feel proud of myself and couldn't do this without the coaches. AND, KUDOS TO CHAD for the morning sessions (that Pete so kindly sends to me) as I cater as well and always busy, busy.

I am new to this process ...
I am new to this process and didn't know what to expect but you have been so great from the first phone call. I have a lot of health issues and wasn't sure if this program was a fit for me but I was given Jaryd as my coach and he has been amazing. We talk at least once a week more if I need it, we go over the menu's that I send him and he tells me what was good or not so heathy and why. He keeps me accountable as he is teaching me ways to enjoy food and be healthy. I struggle with eating eating enough but with Jaryd I am doing a better job, and eating the right things. I have lost a couple of pounds and I am going to keep on going until this healthy eating plan becomes a habit I do automatically not as an accountability. I know I will get there one day and I thank Jaryd for having my back and my health, I appreciate all the work you have done to better my life and I Thank You.

Love the daily positive encouragement
Love the daily positive encouragement. I’m not perfect in everyday eating but I am so much better in understanding what my body needs. I love this program and will continue this journey well. Love the meeting either in real time or replays. Meeting makers make it! Thank you!
