Through Committed Coaches I was linked with coach Steveo for 3 months of personal coaching. In my case, this involved one initial phone call followed by email contact, whereby I uploaded my food and he gave me advice on what to change. What I really love about Steveo is that he takes it one step at a time. The goal is to make sustainable changes that you can keep up with after coaching ends, for longer lasting effects. He was very patient, kind and helpful, and I really believe I have made changes for the better these past 3 months, and I will continue with this going forward. While Steveo was great (if the review was just about him it would be 5 stars), I do want to issue a word of caution about the sales methods used by the company, which I have found to be quite aggressive. I did not want to continue additional individual support after the 3 months, and I had to repeat this about 5 times before 'head coach' Andy finally let it go. So be careful!

I have just completed the 10 day challenge. Absolutely delighted to have somehow lost 2 inches off my waistline. i returned to my exercises of years ago - Isometric exercise for submariners - especially for those with little space. Coach Ashley was there to guide my way through the food jungle. As it so happens I did not have to change our home made meals, only portion sizes and time of day. A larger meal at lunchtime and a smaller one for tea improved my quality of sleep immensely. Exercising around my daily schedule was also a great advantage. All in all that was a lot of fun. Following a more relaxed but monitored daily regime has been most helpful. Thanks to Ashley I am back on track to monitor my progress myself.

Steveo was a great coach. He checked in on me weekly to make sure I was on track. He gave me helpful advice to help me to understand why my body was doing what it was doing. He sent me the link each week to keep me involved in the fitness journey through podcasts, question and answer periods do as to help me to understand why my mind kept getting in the way. He helped me to re-structure my food intake, so as to eat more not less. He was always super encouraging and supportive of my time constraints. I had a very busy Summer but he was always there to listen when I came back. I feel that he really heard what I was saying and attempted to help me through the scale not being my friend! The only negative thing ( well a couple but they tie in together!) I did not realize that I was going to lose him as a coach after a couple months. I am sure I was told that, but with all the information in the beginning and attempting to get in a routine, I missed that important factor. So I think the company needs to make that ever so clear and in addition, I believe the coach should remind us of that fact maybe once each month, which may or may not help with the urgency to totally adopt the healthy lifestyle that we are attempting to achieve. I would recommend this company to someone that is not eating healthy and doesn't know how to get on a healthy food intake track.

I really enjoyed working with Coach Steveo. He was always willing to listen to my specific needs & offer positive suggestions. I learned a great deal about how to manage diet choices & having reasonable expectations. Steveo was a wonderful person to get to know over my time with committed coaches.

I had Coach Holly L. I was very happy for her she was great at support, uplifting and good to give tips on how to tweek things to better help you. She was always positive and reasurring when I fell off the food plan 😅 and remined me you can always jump back on again, it is a lifestyle change and we are changing our old habbits with new and better healthier ones, one step at a time. So for me, that has been a huge help because I joined probably at the most worst possible time where I was completely stressed in all ways. But with Coach Holly's help i still able to loose some weight but also cm through out my whole body, eventhough my body didn’t really want to let go of it.😬 I feel now that I have this knowledge that I can apply it the rest of my life and it will just feel natural. One other thing is that the information is so much more than what and how we should eat, but a wide variety of topics to enhance your health and well being. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I feel the after program with the VIP community i must admit I haven't been too active there because it is online site and not an app. I preferred the app with committed coaches it was easier to find and use.

Nea has been great! Her encouragement was what stood out the most. Prior to having 10 days with her I had followed the protocols 98% and lost 4 pounds. And during the 10 Days with Nea I did not really lose any more weight. I will have some good takeaways.

I wasnt sure at first what I was actually getting into. I am in an extremely stressful and too busy period in my life so with a damned if i do damned if I dont approach I decided to give it a red hot crack, honestly, not for show or like a contest to win just because I really needed to do it for my health. The follow through from Ilene after my being accountable to myself through her has been invaluable. No pressure, open door.. fair dinkum analysis of what information I provided. I really can see the value in taking the next step

Really appreciate the additional online group coaching, Q&A, recipes and one one one. You don't have to feel guilty about having that one slice of pizza. because they teach you what to do in addition to that. You also learn what to do for events or parties ahead of time to prepare. Kudos
