I signed up with Commit Action because I needed help, there's no doubt that most of the time you already know what to do, but working with Summer has helped me be more mindful. As well as her assigning tasks and holding me accountable.

Commit Action has helped me to improve my productivity dramatically. Specifically, my Coach Summer has been the perfect guide to create an effective plan for my week and most importantly, to stay on track. It's just been 5 weeks or so since I started working with Summer, but I have already been able to make more progress in a week, than I used to make in a month by myself. I recommend Commit Action to every entrepreneur who is committed to perform at their best.

I found Commit Action originally through a pretty fun Instagram ad and I’ve been using them for the better part of a year now I found generally that Commit Action excels at keeping you accountable for the things that you know you need to be doing and not focussing on time wasting activities that won’t grow your business. I think Commit Action is good for someone who has a solid idea of what they need to be doing and has a good trajectory they’re on but could be moving there faster. I think that we can get a lot more done than we actually believe is possible for us, and with the right help end guidance along the way it can really make a difference in terms of your earnings Commit Action, more than pays for itself

Commit Action along with my ninja level coach Summer Valli have been life changing for me. I’m an entrepreneur who recently opened my dream winery three years ago with no money and hard work. I’ve been bombarded with all the entrepreneurial psychological demons and going the audio files with Peter Shallard so relieving and justifying I cried. I made my family listen to several of them so they could understand what’s been going on with me over the last three years. Prior to my launch of Cloudland, I went on a 10 year journey of learning everything I could about the industry, leadership and management. I wanted to be prepared at the highest level in my craft. Nothing could have prepared me for being a business owner of a very complex business model. I’ve worked at the highest level of some of the biggest wineries in the country. When first trying Commit Action, i requested a coach who could bust my balls and not be scared of me. I hold my leaders to a high standard and any coach i was going to listen to needed to be special or I would not buy in. Enter Summer Valli. She’s a ninja with a high kick, all business, let’s get this sh!t done bro and move on! We are building a great chemistry and a project I’ve been desperately trying to start/complete for early three years just got a big fat check in the box!! We’re already onto the next major milestone which also has been three years in the making and we’re soon going to be celebrating that launch as well along with many many more. Commit Action has already been a life changer and I can’t wait to look back a year from now and high fiving my friend Summer Valli for kicking ass and helping me win all the freakin time.

I have a full-time role and a side-hustle and I volunteer and I'm a parent. I can either stop doing some of the things that I love or I can get better at managing the work and effort. I chose to do the later, but I knew I needed help. Commit Action, and specifically Summer (my coach), have helped me stay the course week after week. It's not rocket science, but it is consistently asking the right questions and keeping to the plan. Is it easy? No. Is it what I want to do and do I get the support I need to accomplish my goals by working with a coach from Commit Action? Yes. It's not a babysitting service. They're not going to do the work for you. It's not a virtual assistant (although, VAs are amazing). Commit Action is the easiest way I've found to gain a supportive coach and check-in practice that helps me focus on the details and the big picture consistently.

Commit action has helped me gain clarity and productivity from day one and is definitely the highest ROI investment I’ve ever made. As a solo entrepreneur it’s very hard to keep everything together and they help me tremendously. Hannah specifically has helped in both figuring out priorities and unblocking mental blocks I’ve had… and I haven’t even utilized all of their resources at this point. Really the best investment ever.

I run an e-commerce and small SaaS company. I'm creative and have lots of ideas but I'm admittedly not the best at focus and execution. I don't need a full-time operator, I just need someone to keep me on track with focusing on my goals. Commit Action very much does that. The accountability is enough to keep me far more focused on execution, and focusing on the right things, and that is of great value to me.

I've been working with Alicia and Commit Action for over a year - I have found it extremely valuable. I have been through different transitions in that time and Alicia has been a constant source of independant and thoughtful guidance on a broad range of different matters. Having someone work with you who is entirely committed to you achieving success forces you to think and act with greater clarity and purpose. I love that it encompasses *all* goals - personal and professional, short and long term, etc. It doesn't matter how you define your goals - Alicia and the CA team will help you keep focused on what will actually move you closer to achieving them. It is also great for keeping stress and noise out of your week - when you know what really matters and what really needs to get done, it is much easier to say no, delegate or ignore what might easily have become a costly distraction! I also find the library of on-demand resources and other planning materials etc. to be very useful. I am grateful to Alicia for the guidance she has given me, and am happy to recommend Commit Action.
