Best Filters for the price.

My unit arrived when they said it would and with no freight damage. The unit was very easy to install (read the instructions) after mounting the outside unit on a concrete pad and wiring 230V. Next mounting the inside unit above my window and routing the line set. I had a HVAC guy evacuate the lines and check for leaks turn it on, no problems. Works great, very happy with this unit. Will probably purchase another one next year for the rest of our house.

The first shipment was damaged. I sent it back and called them. They are easy to communicate with and promptly sent me a replacement. Our unit has not been installed yet so I cannot comment one the quality.

It's been over 3 months of having GREE VIREO (12,000 BTU) in my 300 Sq Ft sun-room. The room has a total of 5 sliding doors and eastern exposure. The unit heated the room during April cold days without any problem. I waited to check its summer performance before posting my review. We had some very hot days this July and my GREE had no problem keeping the temperature at comfortable levels. It is very silent and energy efficient. I am very pleased with its performance so far. Hope it continues to do well.

The indoor unit is discolored & manufactured date on outdoor unit 03/2013. Shipping was terrible and I never received a response from comfort up when I sent them a note from their eBay store.
