Hello, after investigating Ticket #153004, it appears that the delay in processing your transaction is related to the absence of a tag ID when you transferred XRP to your account. When you look up the XRP wallet address, we have a popup window that explains "Both an address and XRP Tag are required to receive XRP." You must click "I understand" to get to the address, which appears on the following screen along with the referenced tag.

Hello, We apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing with Google Authenticator. We understand that the security of your funds is important to you, and we want to help you resolve this issue as quickly as possible. There are a few possible reasons why your Google Authenticator code may be invalid: The code has expired. Google Authenticator codes are only valid for 30 seconds, so if you don't enter it in time, it will no longer work. Your phone's clock is not synced with CoinZoom's clock. To make sure your clock is synced, go to your phone's settings and enable automatic time zone detection. You are using the wrong code. Please make sure that you are entering the 6-digit code that is displayed in the Google Authenticator app for CoinZoom. If you have checked all of the above and you are still getting an invalid code error, please contact us directly through our support page, https://support.coinzoom.com. Sincerely, The CoinZoom Support Team

Hello, accounts that have not had funding or trading activity for a period of 6 months are considered inactive. A small monthly fee of $2.50 may be charged in order to continue the account on the Exchange as explained in the CoinZoom Terms and Conditions. This account had no activity for 28 months, minus 6 months, so 22 months at $2.50 per month = $55. The account had a balance of 500 Zoom Tokens. At the time the inactivity fee was charged, Zoom Tokens were valued at 0.0148 cents each. 500 X 0.0148 = $7.40, which was much less than what was owed at the time. Please contact us directly through live chat or support ticket at https://support.coinzoom.com.

Hello - Based on your review, you have been the victim of a scam of someone using CoinZoom's name and/or likeness. You were never dealing with CoinZoom directly. We urge you to exercise caution when making decisions regarding your finances as well as your personal data and only do business with companies after careful research confirms that they are reputable. Never entrust an individual you have met online with your finances or your personal information. Although these may look and sound authentic, they are designed to deceive you. Unfortunately, scammers hijack our name and use similar websites to steal people's money. Some of the things to watch out for: Emails that appear to be from CoinZoom but are in fact slightly different in spelling. Example: [email protected], [email protected], etc. Notice the slight difference in the names, CoinZoom with a lowercase ‘L‘ in place of the ‘ i.' CoinZoom spelled with an ‘M.‘ There are also cloned websites that look identical to the CoinZoom website. Look at the website address. Our only official websites have a domain of coinzoom.com (eg: www.coinzoom.com, trade.coinzoom.com). Any other website address is not owned by CoinZoom. Additional information about how to avoid digital currency scams can be found on our website: https://support.coinzoom.com/support/solutions/articles/43000507689-avoiding-digital-currency-scams Please contact us directly at https://support.coinzoom.com/support/home if you have any follow-up questions.

Hello, upon review, we found a single ticket with multiple back-and-forth responses regarding a wire deposit that never reached us. We understand that this would have been a frustrating experience. We see that our customer support and finance department responded to your questions within minutes of receiving them. Since the referenced wire never reached us we had no way of processing it. We'd love the opportunity to work with you going forward. Please find the "Deposit With a Wire Transfer" article for instructions on sending a wire and you can also contact us via chat or support ticket by going to https://support.coinzoom.com if you'd like us to walk you through the process.
