My cat door stopped working within the warranty period and they sent out a replacement right away. Someone actually answered the phone when I called, and the replacement was sent out the next day. Really appreciate the service and no hassle warranty coverage!

The customer service was top notch, got back to me within a day of my email. Very easy to deal with, would recommend purchasing from them. No problem with the product I damaged a part when it got knocked off the counter.

I have 3 girls in my room that eat 2 different foods and I need to be able to monitor how much each of them eat. I used to just feed them 4x a day, but 1 ended up with asthma and needs to eat about every 4-5hrs or she'll have an asthma attack due to reflux. I had been waking up at 12 & 4am for 4 weeks before finding this miracle machine. Easy to use. Even dopey cats like mine can figure it out.:)
