We and our cats love the MiBowl auto feeder. We have FOUR to keep our feeding frenzy somewhat controlable.

Good Afternoon Many thanks for your very kind review re the Mi-Bowl. It is a very popular feeder as you can feed individual cats individual meals if you need to. So if one requires special food this is possible. Kind Regards Closer Pets
I bought a Closer pets cat Mate fountain in Nov. of 2023, pump stopped working almost 2 1/2 yrs later, I still have box that says 3 yr. Guarantee & they won’t replace it, because they changed their policy.

Good Afternoon Many thanks for your review and we are sorry that we were not able to assist with your enquiry. The guarantee wording is "3-year guarantee on fountain. Pump guaranteed for 12 months". If you have something else that says the pump is guaranteed for 3 years then please send to us and we can honour it. Kind regards Closer Pets
Quick response to my email asking about delivery and great customer service. Perfect replacement cover for my Cat Mate 300 automatic cat feeder.

Great product with a solid flap with magnet. Not the type of door that warps!!!

I love the feeder itself! I have one very young male who lives to eat, I like that is pretty much tamper proof. What I don’t like is the numbers rub off the lid, so I had to replace two lids. I have 2 of these exact feeders. I will most likely have to buy 2 more lids soon.

Fantastic customer service from Closer Pets Ltd. Immediate responses to my emails, and clearly from a real human being not some frustrating ‘bot’. There was no quibble at all about the faulty microchip cat flap (which was just a few months short of its three year guarantee) and they sent a new one out the same day, a Friday and it was received on the Monday. Such excellent service was a very pleasant surprise and my Iife would be so much easier if only every company was like this.

The shipping was fast and the product came as described. I have yet to try this because my cat died.
