Close is the best CRM I've ever worked with, 100% customisable, has tonnes of features, the new AI voice agents. We use pretty much all the features extensively, opportunities, which we also use as onboarding kanbans, AI meeting transcripts, workflows and calling from within the app.

We had used Salesforce for way way too long. I stumbled upon Close several years ago and extremely grateful for this platform. Its perfect for the midsize type of company we are. They keep it simple to use and only add functions that make sense. I just pray they do not sell out to SF and we will be stuck back in that nightmare.

We’ve been using Close for quite some time now and I’m genuinely very satisfied with it. It has become a central part of our sales processes and we manage pretty much everything through Close. What I particularly like are the automations, workflows and custom fields. They give us a lot of flexibility to build the CRM around our actual sales process instead of having to adapt our process to the software. The only thing that hurts a little is the monthly cost, especially when you have multiple users. But I honestly can’t deduct a star for that because the platform works extremely well for us and delivers real value to our team. Overall, a very powerful CRM that we use heavily every single day. 5 stars from me.

One of the worst CRMs out there - completely overpriced. The tool is completely overloaded, and core functions like a simple CRM table where you can click and call is not there. + Sound Quality of the internet calling functions are pretty bad. I don't create it to $19 package, still got a $79 invoice because of "addons". I can overall not recommend this at all.
