Close has been great for me for sorting leads and putting them into different work flows, which allowed me to address them in a systematic way. The only real issue we as a team phased was the audio quality when calling leads, which is something that definitly should be improved. Also, there are better tools for mass mailing, but its still a decent tool.

My experience with Close has been fantastic, especially since the Claude connector was introduced. My company is a small business, so we’re on the most basic plan, but even so, it’s extremely powerful and helps us enormously to keep track not only of leads but also of our interactions with existing customers. This tool saves us hours of work. I would give it 5 stars if the prices were a little more affordable.

I’ve been using Close for about a month now, and I’m really enjoying it. I have a lot of experience with various CRMs, and I have to say Close positively surprised me with its streamlined structure and ease of use, making it highly recommended even for beginners. The initial setup was super easy, and the email integration was fast and seamless. Kudos to the support team as well: extremely quick to respond to my initial questions and very clear in guiding me toward a solution (i.e. Calendar synchronization: I had a few initial issues with other apps, but I resolved them thanks to support by using Google Calendar as a bridge. Room for improvement (the reason I'm not giving 5 stars): Lack of in-person meetings: The only real flaw that remains is the inability to schedule an in-person meeting on the calendar (only phone calls or video conferences are available). I find this missing feature a bit out of touch: 100% online businesses aren't the only ones out there—there are tons of companies working in the field, and being able to log sales visits in the CRM is essential. I've already submitted this feedback to the development team and hope they implement it soon. In conclusion: Overall, it's a great product: free of useless features that distract you, but packed with everything you need to genuinely boost productivity. Highly recommended!

Close provides an easy to understand platform that facilitates in-team communication and tracking of emails/prospects/calls. I love using their filters to pick out the prospects that I need and saving them to a smartview to easily access that list when needed, and that it can efficiently send emails through their workflows once imported with essentially 3 clicks of my mouse. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because I wish that it provided a little more details on opened emails (not just the latest email but previously opened ones,) and provided a few more view options for columns and filter by options to make viewing necessary details even more simple.
