Customer service was great!!

Excellent customer service from Janna. I’m very pleased with the product despite a truly terrible website and marketing. But, having spoken with Janna I put aside reservations I had with the lack of credible marketing materials and product info. I’m pleased I did but can only imagine how many others might be steered away by cheap AI imagery and flimsy product info on the site. Quality product nonetheless that’s worth the try.

I don't think that your website is as easy to use as I found Eargo's. It would be helpful if the adjustments were simplifyed.

So far, most of the device has been very good. I have already expressed my positive remarks, along with a few suggestions to your team via phone. I will write a new review once I complete my analyses with the hopes of also testing the Pixie, if that potentially comes my way to test, too.

My charge box stopped charging. Zepp sent me a whole replacement free of charge. The clarity behind the ear is comfortable to wear. Even with glasses
