Can’t seem to get a clear sound so far will keep trying

Bought these for and extra pair of hearing aids. I do like the fit of the in the ear hearing aids. I do have ONE BIG issue. The left ear hearing aid WILL NOT STAY CONNECTED TO THE PHONE.

I don’t like all the high whistle and humming even after I make adjustments
