Excellent job a lot of patient and kindness. My dog was transported from Florida to NJ and he is here now w me sound and safe and happy to see me again thank you so much

CitizenShipper is very reasonable on booking fees and they are quick putting out the information for bids. They are very informative on their policy and they include insurance with their booking fee. I have used them 4 times and I have been very satisfied every time

I was seriously happy with the driver we got from citizen shipper but found CS fees to be a little over the top and not transparent enough. I didn’t see the citizen shipper charge until signing up with our driver. Would have before nice to know ahead of time. CS charged almost half the cost of what are driver charged and I may not have done it knowing that…
