I love CitizenShipper! The site is easy to navigate, quick to create listings, and every time I use CitizenShipper, I get multiple competitive quotes immediately. This site and service is far and away head and shoulders above its competitors.

I’ve used CitizenShipper in the past and this time. They are true to their word and they make the process of shipping your pet a smooth and no nonsense fitting you to the right transporter. Overall getting your pet safely to destination. Thank You Again

I was very nervous about having my dog transported. It was so easy. My transporter was wonderful. I would use her again if I ever had to transport an animal. Thankyou for making this stressful on the dog and the owners

Great thank you to PAWS DOOR 2 DOOR EXPRESS! You guys were great with the every day pictures and updates of our puppy. Almost 3,000 mile drive and you kept me at ease and I was not worried at all. Thank you again! God bless you!

I highly recommend platinum pets ! Our family is beyond pleased and grateful for the service they provided to us to get our new baby Yorkie to his new forever home with us! They went above and beyond with all the snuggles, playtime, potty and food and water breaks during his long ride to us. Thank you Platinum Pets- Annie and Tammy were a delight to talk with !

The driver, Richard, was awesome! He communicated well, was very professional and obviously cared a great deal for our dog. In fact, she is still looking out the window for him to return!

I would not recommend this shipper until they and Pet Trek Express make things right with me. I hired Pet Trek Express through Citizen Shipper and somehow my cats Rocky and Sasha broke out of Austins personal crate and ran away during the process. Pet Trek refuses to answer my messages...it has been 5 days since he responded to my requests. I have asked for their liability insurance information and they refuse to disclose the information. Buyer be aware...

Response from CitizenShipper· Oct 22, 2024
We are truly sorry to hear about the distressing situation involving your cats, Rocky and Sasha, during their transport with Pet Trek Express. We understand how incredibly upsetting this must be, and we regret the lack of response from the transporter. At CitizenShipper, the safety and well-being of the pets transported through our platform is our top priority. While we facilitate connections between customers and independent transporters, we take situations like this very seriously and are committed to assisting you in any way we can. We have escalated your case and will reach out to Pet Trek Express to ensure that they respond to your requests, including the provision of their liability insurance information. We are also reviewing the transporter’s actions to ensure accountability in this situation. We will keep you updated as we work through this matter, and in the meantime, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with any further questions or updates. Again, we are deeply sorry for what has happened, and we will do everything we can to assist in resolving this.
