What sold me on your site was a more reasonable s/h charges. My order came quickly and correct ! Thank you. I would recommend your site anytime.

Very happy that you offer replacement pieces. But my initial email for advice was never acknowledged. My order arrived with one item missing & one item I did not order. The next orders arrived quickly & complete. In spite of these issues, I will definitely purchase again!

I needed a cow for my creche that was in the style of the rest of the figureens. That what I ordered and that's what I received.

The sales agent sent me an e-mail to let me know my shipment might be delayed based on the timing of my order. It came a day earlier than expected and I so appreciated his honesty and excellent follow up!

Website easy to navigate. I have purchased several smokers and incense cones and have known the exact sizes of purchase (no surprise’s here). I choose the cheaper postage and have yet had to wait longer than seven days . The company’s follow up to your order is outstanding . Thank you to all at the company.

Quick shipping. Small glass objects were intact and well insulated with packaging. Will definitely check website for more items. This Markt was new to me.

Great products, huge inventory and prompt service.
