I purchased a jewelry box on 12/17 in hopes that it would be here for Christmas. The internet indicated that the box was in stock, so I assumed it would ship within the next 2 days. To this point (12/25) I have not received any communication that the jewelry box has even shipped. I am concerned that it still has not shipped. I am frustrated that there has been no communication; whether there was an issue in getting it shipped or not. Something to indicate to me that there are being attempts in getting it sent to me. I do not think I would place another order with Chasing Treasure based on my experience to date.

I recieved the package on time and on the day they said I was to recieve it. Thank you for getting me the package on time.

Lady that took my order was nice and very helpful. Only problem is i have not got my package yet.

My item arrived very well packaged and protected. It is beautiful and is exactly as it appear on the website. I had a question and spoke to the Owner of the Company and he could not have been more accommodating! I highly recommend this Company to anyone!

wondering where my order is.....they mailed me a tracking number that for 4 days has said it is not in transit yet getting a little worried it won't make it for Chirstmas! Their customer tracking communication could be greatly improved!

I am pleased with the quality of the jewelry box I purchased for my wife and how quickly we received it. However, as this was a Christmas present it would have been great if the picture of the jewelry box wasn’t printed on the box. Especially since it was double boxed and the box inside did not have anything printed on it.

Received a jewelry chest for my wife for Christmas and after a close look I noticed a few minor imperfections one of which was quite a nick showing bare wood which I'm ok with but the real problem I'm having with it is upon opening the top piece which has a mirror in it the said mirror was not secured and fell which resulted in 7 years of bad luck. I attempted to contact Chasing Treasures but because it was the weekend I'm hoping to hear from them concerning replacement of said mirror. At this point I am satisfied but a new mirror would make myself and needless to say my wife happy!
