Gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because I was unable to get on the website and had to call to place my order. Don't know if it was something with the website or my provider. I also felt the shipping was costly. Other than that I was happy with my experience. The person on the phone was very pleasant and I had my product 1 day after date expected, which was good.

This jewelry box is beautiful, but there was the smallest white mark on the top. Returning it for a new one would be more trouble than I want to deal with, so I am keeping it. It is still beautiful.

I had a great experience using Chasing Treasure! My purchase was made around Father's Day and I had selected 3 day shipping (gift was not for Father's Day) the company personally called me to explain it wouldn't be arriving in time for Father's Day if that was my hope. How nice!!

I did not receive the correct product. I sent an email to customer service to get the issue resolved. My issue was resolved the next day, when I received a response stating the the correct product will be shipped out along with a shipping label to send the incorrect one back. I would recommend this company to anyone else. Although there was a slight bump in the road, it was fixed in a timely manner.
