Could be better... I am not entirely happy with this tool. It is not very intuitive.

I think ChargeBee has potential, but it needs work and seems like it is in BETA stage right now and is definitely not a simple out of the box solution for business owners. You definitely need to be quite technical and computer literate to configure and use this service. If you just want to sell single products on your website with 1 -click and have chargeBee handle the purchase process, then their hosted pages option will work for you. or if you have a non-online business and want a manual billing system where you manually create clients and manually add orders and setup direct debits. If however, you want a fully automated and functional shopping cart type system where customers are able to add multiple items to their cart and configure addons/options, then you cannot do this by default and will need a developer to build this functionality for you.
