Excellent customer service
I had an issue with scaling of armature in an FBX file, customer support quickly responded to my message, the team fixed the problem and uploaded a new version with the fix - great !

Great job!
For the very first time I bought a 3D object: I found a great object for my quite particular requirements at CGTrader. Because I'm new in the 3D object business I had some self-inflicted technical problems. The team of CGTraders seriously cares a lot for the customers. They did huge effort to satisfy me as a customer. Great job. I appreciate! CGTrader became my #1 for searching 3D objects.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Support staff trained to lie to avoid refunding.

Please be advised that we were not able to process a refund because your request did not meet our refund policy criteria. As per our policy, one can be refunded if crucial model parts, details, textures, or files are missing (not applicable when issues are caused by exchange format limitations) As advised by the support team, the native model file worked as expected and we have assisted you by baking the textures into the other file that had exchange format limitations. While we cannot refund the money to you, we could partly compensate and improve your experience with us by adding the Loyalty credits of your purchase value to your account. Please just reply to the conversation you had with our support member and the credits will be added to your account.
