My experience with Certapet was great I gave it one less star because I needed to get in contact with them. I could not find anyway to contact them by phone number or email address showing within my account. I had to google them to get their phone number to call them. I would suggest they add that info to there member account area. Other then that I had great service from them once I was able to talk to a rep.

Their customer service is top notch. I recieved help all the way through my process of getting my ESA letter. They responded quickly with the questions that I had. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs an emotional support animal letter. Thank you guys.

I was very hesitant to get my ESA letter online after all of the horror stories I had seen from people being denied after presenting false letters. Within a few hours after applying I received an ESA and my therapist was absolutely amazing. Between emailing her and certapet, I was able to get a custom form approved and faxed to my university in just two days! I absolutely love Certapet and will be a returning customer.
