Subject: Shameful, Inhumane Treatment of Senior Citizens by Centrum Air Ground Staff — Lahore & Tashkent 29 May &02 June 2026. To Centrum Air Management, IATA, and the Public: I am placing on record the disgraceful and inhumane conduct of Centrum Air ground staff toward senior citizens at both Lahore and Tashkent airports. My companion, 84, and I, 68, are both senior veterans. We were the first to report at the check-in counter in Lahore. After explicitly informing staff that we are senior citizens needing assistance, we were deliberately shunted to Row 7 — no courtesy, no priority, no basic human decency. It got worse in Tashkent. Again, we were first in the queue. Again, we identified ourselves as senior citizens requesting assistance. Your counter staff showed zero empathy and assigned us Row 27 — near the back of the aircraft. This is unacceptable for passengers with age and mobility constraints. This is not a one-off. This is a pattern of contempt for elderly passengers. Centrum Air’s check-in staff displayed a total absence of sympathy, courtesy, or professional obligation to assist senior citizens and make travel bearable. You are actively making air travel hostile for the elderly. We are escalating this to IATA and aviation regulators because this violates basic standards of passenger care and dignity. Centrum Air must be held accountable. To other senior citizens: Beware. Centrum Air ground staff will ignore your age, your health, and your place in line. We demand: 1. A formal public apology 2. Immediate retraining of your ground staff on handling senior citizens 3. A written policy guaranteeing priority assistance for passengers 65+ Centrum Air, your staff’s behavior is inhuman. Fix it. #CentrumAir #ElderAbuse #IATA #PassengerRights #SeniorCitizens #Shame

Worst experience ever ... Unannounced delay caused significant distress ,old plane with significant poor facilities. BOUGHT A BUISNESS class but regret to see Pathetic services: uncomfortable seats ,cold cheese sandwich with just cheese + a slice of cucumber + a small water bottle

that is cheapest airline i ever traveled

They cancelled my ticket only because my passport is Italian. Racism at its finest.

Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the unacceptable delay in processing my refund for a cancelled flight scheduled on April 20, 2026 (Dubai – Tashkent). My ticket was cancelled on April 13, 2026 — just one week before departure. Since then, I have been waiting for my refund for more than 10 days, and I am now being told that the refund may only be completed by April 27. This means a total waiting time of approximately 14 days or more for funds that rightfully belong to me. This delay is unreasonable and far beyond standard industry timelines. In my recent experience with other airlines, including AirAsia and Malaysia Airlines, refunds were completed within 5–7 days. In contrast, your handling of this situation has involved continuous delays, shifting timelines, and no clear accountability. Because of this cancellation and delay: - I was forced to book a replacement ticket at the last minute at a significantly higher cost - I have experienced ongoing stress and financial pressure - I have spent considerable time following up without receiving a clear resolution - My money has been held without timely release It is not acceptable to repeatedly extend refund timelines while customers are left without access to their funds. A cancellation initiated by the airline should not result in prolonged financial burden for the customer. At this point, I am formally requesting: 1. Immediate processing and release of my full refund without any further delay 2. Appropriate compensation for: - The excessive delay in refund processing (now exceeding 10 days) - The financial impact of booking a last-minute replacement ticket - The time, stress, and inconvenience caused This situation reflects poorly on your service standards and customer care. I expect a prompt and concrete resolution, not further delays or generic responses. If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate it through formal complaint channels and public platforms. I look forward to your immediate action. Sincerely, Doby Booking no: 1651514636985799

Booked a couple weeks in advance couldn’t check in online (only available in airport) fine but tried to select seats page never loads, can get any information about baggage allowance or extra details. Emailed and got a response to call them, either on telegram or mobile (being away from home with only data) I tried the telegram number which doesn’t work, so wasn’t able to contact anyone till arrival at the desk which only opened 2.5 hours before departure and was a mess of people just as confused and struggling. I checked in and was charged extra for overweight baggage which meant leaving the queue going to another check in Desk to pay and then queue jumping to pick up my already printed boarding pass they wouldn’t give until I’d paid. At the actually gate we were supposed to depart at 1:30AM the gate wasn’t open for boarding until 2:30AM and when we finally got on the plane we sat there for 40 minutes before even moving no communication or apology just “10 more minutes” every 15 minutes. These delays made people miss many connections once in Tashkent and it’s just as messy that side but luckily no outward issues from there and the flight ran on time. They don’t offer alternative meals despite claiming to. If you want a different meal religiously or veggie/vegan the website suggests you need to pay for this despite the meals being included. I did ask about this and they informed me only provided with advanced notice which you can’t do on their pathetic website.
