Bought tickets for transfer in Delhi. I lost flights because this bad organized airline does not have permission to deliver passengers without Indian visa for transfer in Delhi. They do not provide this information at purchasing!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this airline. My husband and I flew Tashkent to Bangkok on October 5th economy class. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was the best of any airline we traveled on in our 5 week trip from new Zealand. Good entertainment selection and comfortable enough to sleep on the overnight journey. Way above expectation for a budget airline.

Very bad experience in hydarbad airport my friend traval from hyderbad to tashkent very very bad experience from checkin staff maneesha of airindia very bad behavior she is not giving ptoper service and nit explined the way of travel my friend is flying first time and she makes him very panic in airport.please make an action on this

Most awful flight experience which I ever had. 0 preparation and that's on top of that the flight was delayed for 30 minuted. We had to wait 30 minutes in the bus next to the plane just to board the plane and no notification on what is going on

They didn't respect one of uzbek person and show very wrong attitude

Very disappointing experience with Centrum Air. The company seems extremely unprofessional and shows very little respect for its customers. Flight delays happen far too often, and passengers are frequently left waiting without clear or timely information. The most frustrating part is the lack of proper communication and customer service. Delays can happen with any airline, but the way Centrum Air handles these situations is unacceptable. Overall, one of the worst airline experiences I have had. I would not recommend Centrum Air to anyone who values punctuality, good communication, and respect for passengers.

A new rip-off airline that seems to combine all the worst aspects of Ryanair, Wizz Air, and similar budget airlines. They charge $150 for a small amount of excess baggage, and the staff at the check-in counter were extremely rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor: book your flights with another airline and save yourself the unnecessary stress and frustration.
